Accountabilities:
Software Development and User Support
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions supporting factory and race operations;
Develop tools to enhance data acquisition, analysis, and visualization;
Optimize code performance and ensure low-latency communication between systems;
Write and maintain documentation, version control, and testing processes ensuring alignment with the Team鈥檚 development standards;
Support users in case of problems with software developed in the department, reply to calls or tickets;
Constantly improve and fix the software developed within the department, in particular factory and trackside IT tools;
Collect the enhancement requests from the departments manage requests according to business needs and priorities.
Collaboration and Professionalism
Collaborate with cross-functional departments and IT infrastructure teams to integrate software into the Team鈥檚 technical ecosystem;
Communicate effectively with external and internal groups such as suppliers, consultants, colleagues, etc.;
Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.
Proactivity and Innovation
Support continuous improvement and innovation across software platforms and workflows;
Contribute to software architecture discussions and technology strategy.
