HR Administration
As an HR Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions. Each month, you'll help prepare salary documents, process employee hires, manage employee records, and communicate with staff on these matters. You'll also handle administrative tasks related to medical exams, health and safety, and language training. While we strive to minimize paperwork, there will always be documents to create, process, and file.
HR Systems
You'll manage our HR SAP system, oversee employee holidays, handle our career site and job postings, and prepare necessary system materials.This involves working with various spreadsheets.
HR Payroll
You'll be responsible for processing company payroll. This includes preparing payroll spreadsheets, collecting employee data, maintaining confidentiality, and resolving payroll discrepancies. You will do this in close cooperation with an experienced external payroll accountant to ensure accuracy and compliance.
HR Projects
Join our team for training, workshops, and employee events. You'll be involved in new challenges and implementations. We welcome your interests and will try to tailor the role to your talents.
