Contract Review and Management
- Assist internal departments with legal reviews of contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Coordinate contract revisions with external legal advisors when necessary.
- Ensure contracts and legal documentation are properly stored, tracked, and updated in the Precisely tool.
Liaison Between Internal Teams and External Legal Advisors
- Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and the company鈥檚 external legal firm.
- Facilitate communication to clarify legal doubts and address specific concerns from internal departments.
- Collect and share legal recommendations from external advisors with relevant teams.
Strategic Procurement and Category Support
- Collaborate on implementing procurement strategies and plans across key categories: Real Estate, Facilities, Fleet, Travel, and Mobile.
- Identify opportunities for value creation through effective collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Conduct data gathering, research, and analysis to inform sourcing decisions
Supplier Performance Management
- Manage supplier contracts and maintain documentation.
- Track and report supplier performance against agreed metrics such as SLAs and KPIs.
- Identify and mitigate potential supplier risks under the guidance of the Finance Manager.
- Collaborate with brand and event marketing teams to review existing contracts and supplier performance.
Process and Systems Management
- Support the implementation of procurement processes to ensure efficient supplier management across sourcing projects, including Concur Travel, Event Production Agencies, Fleet Management, and 3-PL.
- Maintain procurement records and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Prepare monthly spend, savings, and KPI reports, including the integration of global supplier service categorization and contract status.
Controlling Indirect Costs
- Produce monthly analysis for the leadership team on spending across Travel, Car Expenses, and Outside Services.
- Analyze deviations from the plan and identify risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
