Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

A Independently manage the daily operations of the tax department and reporting to Tax Manager
End to end managing of all taxes of the regions India, Middle east and APAC.
Reconciliation of data with returns and books.
Preparation of schedules and coordination with Auditors for Statutory Audit and Tax Audit.
Tax Related advisories to stakeholders.
Support on tax related filings of Inter-companies in and outside India.
Tax Planning and structuring for both Direct and Indirect Tax.
Follow and strengthen internal controls and drive processes improvements.
Coordinate with internal stake holders for supplying audit requirements & review.
Work on annual and quarterly group reporting and related tax schedules.
Collect, and analyze data for reports, presentations and correspondence
Dealing with consultants for advisory services and other support services
Support ad-hoc projects that arise during various systems implementations
