In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager. You will support the team in customer service, human resources management, merchandising, and financial control.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, organization, and management of all operations;
- Apply the company's business strategies to achieve the sales and profitability objectives;
- Be involved in the employee hiring process;
- Be responsible for new employee training, including customer service, product knowledge, sales, and merchandising;
- Be involved in employee performance evaluations;
- Through a constant presence on the sales floor, foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement;
- Maintain schedules and adhere to salary budgets;
- Effectively communicate information to both customers and employees;
- Perform and supervise in-store inventory management.
