About the role
The role of Channel Development Manager is really important to us. As Channel Development Manager you are responsible for driving business growth within the company. Developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects. As CDM you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, networking, and attending client meetings.
We will be happy to welcome you to our office in Crewe, with working hours from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5pm.
Your daily responsibilities will be...
- Partner Management: Recruit, onboard, and train new sales partners, ensuring alignment with the Radius products and sales methodologies.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and manage sales forecasts and performance metrics. Regular reporting for all channel partners to track progress against targets.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing department to design co-branded marketing campaigns and lead-generation programs for partners.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential partners and internal/external stakeholders. Engage with stakeholders and partners through regular meetings.
- Market Intelligence: Keep up to date with current and potential partner programs, as well as competitive offerings.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell Strategy: Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell to key clients, ensuring growth and expansion.
- Collaboration with Account Relationship Lead: Consult and collaborate with the account relationship lead during the pursuit cycle for better partner and client outcomes.
- Commercial Team Support: Work closely with the Commercial Team to structure pricing models for new customers.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with marketing and communications teams to understand key partner requirements and ensure alignment.
- Executive Communication: Responsible for communication to internal and external executives and teams, including presenting sales/business cases and facilitating account review processes.
- Continuous Partner Needs Assessment: Actively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis to ensure long-term success and alignment.
