The Head of Sales Fuel will be responsible for the day-to-day management of an internal sales team, responsible for prospecting, selling, and onboarding customers.
Please note the position is in-office 5-days per week in Milan.
It is required a proficient level of English language.
Daily responsibilities:
- Oversee and support individual team members’ performance, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Continuously review the adoption of the strategy across all levels of the team, aligning daily operations and initiatives with the overall strategic objectives.
- Lead and manage change initiatives within the team, ensuring smooth transitions, addressing resistance, and promote a culture of adaptability.
- Lead structured pipeline reviews to assess sales progress, identify opportunities, address challenges, and ensure individuals are on track to meet their targets.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, promoting trust, open communication, accountability, and a shared commitment to achieving goals.
- Finding growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements and product mix are critical.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and L&D cycle.
- Work cross-departmentally to refine and improve the customer journey.
- Regularly do reviews to identify and action areas of improvement against the department budget.
- Utilise the business CRM tools and create plans that truly impact Key business performance indicators.
- Coordinate, consolidate and sign-off monthly commission submissions for the department.
- Engage your team on KPI’s that impact the wider group such as cross-sell.
