We are seeking Sales Advisors to join our outbound new business team. This role focuses on engaging new-to-group customers in the mid-market SME segment, driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and high-quality product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting to identify and engage new SME customers.
- Conduct cold calls to establish customer needs and position Radius solutions effectively.
- Deliver high-quality product demonstrations via online platforms and occasional face-to-face meetings.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Use engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and connect with prospects.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
