We are looking for a UC & Connectivity Sales Specialist to join our growing team at Radius Connect Solutions. This is a specialist overlay role, working closely alongside our Account Managers (AMs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to help customers understand, adopt and gain value from Unified Communications, Contact Centre and Connectivity solutions.
You will act as the technical and commercial specialist, trusted advisor and “fixer” - supporting customer engagements, leading solution demonstrations (on-site and remote), and helping translate customer challenges into clear, value-led solutions.
Success in this role is measured through a balanced, outcome-focused target, based on:
Monthly recurring margin target, and
Growth in hosted seat numbers, reflecting long-term customer adoption and value
These measures are designed to reward quality, sustainable solutions, not transactional selling.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Sales Engagement
Support Account Managers and BDMs in customer meetings to identify challenges, shape solutions and articulate value
Lead and deliver customer demonstrations (remote and on-site), tailoring demos to customer needs and outcomes
Work as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, helping customers clearly see how our solutions address their pain points
Engage with customers across a wide range of sizes and sectors
Work closely with your aligned AMs and BDMs, building strong, collaborative relationships
Help upskill Account Managers and BDMs, enabling them to identify opportunities and confidently introduce specialist solutions
Share best practice, success stories and market insight with the wider sales team
Act as a bridge between sales, delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth customer journeys
