- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring consistent communication and relationship development with key stakeholders • Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term client retention • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities whilst maintaining a consultative approach to client needs • Conduct regular account reviews and performance analyses to assess progress against agreed objectives • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
