- Yield Management: Drive store level revenue and collaborate with pricing and analytics partners to optimize revenue in the division.
2. Multi-Layered Leadership & Human Capital
- Leadership of Leaders: Direct responsibility for a hierarchy of Regional Vice Presidents, Sr. District Managers, and District Managers. You are responsible for the "bench strength" of the future.
- Organizational Design: Partner with HR to architect a scalable structure that supports a geographically dispersed and culturally diverse workforce.
- Cultural Catalyst: Foster an environment of high accountability, ethics, and innovation, ensuring the Public Storage operating model is localized effectively for the Northeast market.
3. Digital & Operational Transformation
- Modernizing the Journey: Lead the regional execution of the organization鈥檚 digitization plan, shifting the customer experience toward seamless eRental and automated platforms.
Strategic Interoperability: Work cross-functionally with the Customer Care Center, Marketing, and Asset Management to remove friction from field operations and improve the "Cost to Serve."
