You will lead teams delivering key capabilities across QAD鈥檚 intelligent, adaptive platform, including cloud鈥憂ative services, APIs, and AI鈥慹nabled workflows supporting global manufacturing customers.

Team & Manager Leadership: Lead and mentor Engineering Managers and senior ICs; build high鈥憄erforming, engaged teams.
Delivery & Execution: Own delivery commitments for your area, ensuring predictable outcomes, quality, and scalability.
Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on architecture, design, and implementation of microservices鈥慴ased systems.
Agile & Continuous Improvement: Drive strong Agile practices, retrospectives, and engineering metrics to improve velocity and reliability.
Cross鈥慒unctional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and QA to translate requirements into execution.
