Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with vendors, support services, and internal departments regarding office management and office setup.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities services to ensure smooth operations.
- Receive and route all incoming calls, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and manage couriers.
- Organize business trips, meetings, and company events efficiently.
- Log, sort, and coordinate mail and shipments.
- Provide secretarial support, including preparing reports and drafting minutes of meetings.
- Assist with photocopying, transcribing, and faxing as required.
- Support administrative tasks related to mobile devices and attendance logs.
