We are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of an Administrative Assistant Data Management.
Your responsibilities will involve:
- Maintenance of departmental calendars and schedules
- Organization and documentation of meetings, conferences, and departmental trainings
- Maintenance of departmental tracking systems and tools
- Preparation of materials and presentations for department management
- Coordination of the development, review, and update of departmental training plans and matrices
- Tracking training compliance of departmental staff
- Liaising with other PSI functional areas and external vendors on administrative matters
