Debug/Root Cause analysis of build/networking/streaming/application/integration issues with drivers and complex software stacks聽
Work directly with customers on reproducing/resolving bugs and integration related issues.聽
Create and perform high level acceptance testing on software releases before shipping to service providers, OEMs and ISVs聽
Update documentation, including release notes, customer communications, design collaterals聽
Contribute to SW and HW product development by providing tech feedback to Intel product teams.聽
Provide technical training, consultation, and hands-on assistance to customers in areas of architecture, technologies, code development, and integration of key features.聽
Address performance issues, and prepare collateral material聽
