Lead all change management activities for key OCM work streams across ERP implementations and other major transformations
Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change caused by the respective projects and change effortsĀ
Develop and execute a set of actionable and targeted change management plans ā including communication plan, stakeholder management plan, workforce transition plan, training plan and change readiness planĀ
Identify potential change risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate and/or address the concernsĀ
Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, present findings and recommended interventionsĀ
Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement mitigation plansĀ
Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of program level changesĀ
Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success.Ā
Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project or program planĀ
Develop key relationships with project sponsors, team members and change champions to successfully manage change efforts
Align OCM activities to support and help realize key project or program-level business benefits.
