- Manage compliance issues by supporting investigations, consulting with Product Teams, and ensuring incident reports are completed
- Monitor incident management KPIs, keep internal trackers up to date, submit reports to regulators, and assist with operator and regulator requests until resolution.
- Support product compliance through the creation, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of policies and procedures
- Maintain and expand a detailed knowledge base for Regulatory Compliance Managers and Analysts.
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen compliance efficiency.
- Assist with the analysis of new products, tools, and services to ensure they meet regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
- Manage regulatory games registers, ensuring all new games are registered promptly for release.
- Support relevant audits where necessary.
- Manage other compliance tasks, including marketing and due diligence approvals, and ad鈥慼oc support for Product and Regulatory Compliance teams
