- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring accurate collection of required client information.
- Handle tasks related to money laundering prevention, social responsibility, responsible gambling, and customer protection with the highest priority.
- Analyze customer profiles to ensure proper account management and compliance.
- Generate and review reports on key performance indicators to measure success in the Customer Protection function.
- Collaborate daily with the Compliance and Risk teams to resolve cases involving Source of funds, customer vulnerability, limit adjustments, and safer gambling practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates to customer accounts.
- Stay informed on best practices and regulatory requirements in Customer Protection.
- Escalate significant customer feedback or information that could lead to complaints, disputes, litigation, or potential business loss.
