- Support the administration and analysis of global compensation and benefits programs, including bonus schemes, recognition initiatives, and retention plans in alignment with Budget and Forecasting.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Collaborate with local and global Finance & People & Culture teams to align benefits offerings with local regulations and business needs and prepare costing analysis per location.
- Collaborate with senior management to review performance targets and achievements, ensuring compensation strategies and performance plans are tailored to support evolving business objectives.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support annual pay reviews, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Maintain and update compensation and benefits data in Finance systems and tools.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of compensation schemes calculation.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance reward strategies.
