You will oversee live game operations, ensuring that our Live Dealers and Shufflers deliver a professional, engaging, and high-energy experience to players across the country. You鈥檒l be the first line of defense for technical troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Supervise Live Dealers and Shufflers to ensure total compliance with Multi-State Gaming Commission regulations (NJ, DE, PA, WV) and internal policies.
- Quality Control: Promptly correct dealer/shuffler errors and step in to assist with game presentation or shuffling when necessary.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Monitor and resolve studio technical disruptions immediately to minimize downtime, adhering to strict gaming regulations.
- Performance Mastery: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all company-offered games and collaborate with management to test new applications and studio features.
- Guest Relations: Act as the escalation point for player complaints via chat, resolving conflicts professionally while upholding Playtech鈥檚 high service standards.
- Reporting & Administration: Support the Site Manager with daily operational tasks and ensure all gaming reports are accurate and policy-compliant.
- Leadership: Foster a positive, orderly work environment and lead communication/conflict resolution between licensees and players.
