ABOUT THE JOB
NielsenIQ SA&I team is seeking a talented Pre-Sales Enablement Specialist to play a key role in enabling sales teams to be more efficient and stay focused on winning business. This role will primarily be supporting sales development teams in Western Europe and working with cross-functional teams globally (Sales, Post-Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Success) to identify and manage the right mix of tools and processes to move opportunities to close faster.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting sales representatives in the maintenance and management of their CRM records (MSD Dynamics) and proactively helping them manage their pipeline
- Creating and updating proposals for clients (writing content based on the information provided, building project timelines, and calculating costs using the tools provided)
- Checking feasibility and bidding with both internal and external suppliers for costs and timings of market research projects conducted all around the world
- Collaborating with Strategic Analytics & Insights sales representatives and supporting them in day-to-day activities
- Preparing presentations for client meetings and creating value-added materials (customizing standard decks, gathering information from various sources, formatting, etc.)
- Supporting sales representatives with updating decks with NIQ branding and making sure the content is client-ready
- Translating presentations, proposals and other sales materials to Italian as needed
- Analyzing market data, finding patterns and drawing conclusions
- Support Sales Development Managers in outbound lead creation (Zoominfo, Appollo io, etc.) and maintenance

REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of related work experience in a complex and multicultural organisation, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Native English speaker with excellent knowledge of Italian, Spanish or German
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically through the identification of problems and implement successful, tactical solutions
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a keen ability to prioritise tasks to ensure business-critical objectives are met
- Skilled at building strong working relationships with team members in varying departments and/or levels of management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Experience preferred with tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Proven productivity in remote, fast-paced settings
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
