Collaborating with Producers, Leads and Directors to manage production of features in our game together with our partner studio.
Working with other Producers to create realistic schedules, identify dependencies and align on priorities
Own production for one or more AAA console pods or strike teams, accountable for end-to-end delivery of complex gameplay systems, features, and content from concept through certification and ship.
Partner with discipline leads (Design, Engineering, Art, QA, Audio, etc.) to define scope, sprint goals and milestone targets; build and maintain schedules, resource plans, and roadmaps that account for cross team dependencies,
Drive alignment with game leadership on feature scope, quality targets, and release readiness, ensuring roadmap decisions support both creative vision and shipping commitments.
Provide clear, data-driven reporting on status, risks, burn-down, and milestone health; escalate early and frame trade-offs to enable informed decision-making at the leadership level.
Lead scope management and scenario planning across multiple development pods or strike teams, balancing quality, performance, technical risk, and schedule realities within fixed console release windows.
Coordinate cross-team execution, ensuring strike teams are staffed appropriately, dependencies are resolved, and production processes support predictable milestone delivery.
Manage internal and external development partners as needed, including budget forecasting, tracking against actuals, and ensuring deliverables meet console technical and quality standards.
Continuously improve production workflows, risk management practices, and release processes to support large-scale AAA development and on-time platform submissions.
