Our Exciting Opportunity:
Actively partnering with our regional and local stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process, improving the effectiveness of the selection while providing a great candidate experience. You will also be the first point of contact for the European Hiring Managers and/or Local HR managers when it comes to defining recruitment needs, sourcing, and screening approach and improving the process.
In this role You will:
- Be in charge of the end-to-end recruitment process for the local French market.
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialist in the markets to identify position requirements and develop/deploy tailored recruitment strategies.
- Identify the most appropriate sourcing strategy to meet the requirements (posting, active searching, talent pipeline, etc.)
- Perform screening and first contact with candidates and select the best fit profile for the role.
- Interview candidates with the hiring managers and make informed decisions together.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve the candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies.
- Meet key metrics. These may include timeliness, accuracy, quality, tone, error-rate, and/or others.
