We are expanding one of our signature programs and are looking for automotive technical experts who can assist legal counsel in warranty litigation matters concerning automotive technical issues, liaise with legal counsel to coordinate and participate in lemon law seminars and perform vehicle inspections to evaluate customer concerns, vehicles, and repair processes. Your day to day will include local travel to designated dealerships, reviewing technical cases and reporting to legal counsel the findings as well as supporting legal case compilation.
The Lead Technical Litigation Support Specialist tasks are:
- Participate in discussions, meetings and act as a subject matter expert.
- Evaluate cases on technical merit.
- Perform vehicle inspections to evaluate customer concerns, vehicles, and repair processes
- Report out on all evaluations and technical inspections
