We are recruiting, on behalf of a leading company in financial services related to the purchase of vehicles, a resource who will be responsible for customer care services in support of the sales network of a leading automotive manufacturer, our client.
The team member we are recruiting will be responsible for managing customers in order to:
- Process service requests, ensure problem resolution, and contribute to the improvement of the customer satisfaction index
- Handle inquiries from the sales network regarding credit analysis and evaluation and processing of financing files.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide front line support for customers, managing requests and providing helpful information about existing loan agreement, to ensure that customers are satisfied.
- Manage complaints to proactively advise and consult, ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer needs with a view to continuous improvement of the offered service.
- Manage relations with all internal structures for the resolution of complex problems.
- Manage document verification service.
- Verify the compliance and documentation of financing contract requests.
- Contact the sales network when documents integration is needed.
- Manage all the sales network鈥檚 requests on document clarification and integration.
- Manage contract鈥檚 settlement.
- Manage contract鈥檚 review and verification (updating of personal data and contracts)
