- On-site delivery and training: Technical, Final Inspectors, New Dealers
- Process Review & Action planning with dealership
- Repair Process Implementation
- Manpower tracking at dealership (Monthly)
- GLMS penetration at dealership; Online certifications as applicable
- Skill Matrix Assessment & Training need identification
- Recruitment Assessment
- New Dealer Manpower Training
- Regional Meeting for gap areas & action planning
- Manpower Retention, Attrition evaluation, other key actions related to skill enhancement (skill contests etc.
