About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Service Technical Advisor to ensure that every technician in the network knows exactly how to diagnose, maintain, and repair the latest motorcycles according to the brand鈥檚 premium standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specialized Technical Support (L3): Solve complex motorcycle technical issues using the GTAC (Global Technical Assistance Center) platform;
- Predict technical bottlenecks and provide quick diagnostic solutions to minimize motorcycle downtime;
- Review and improve warranty processes to reduce unnecessary costs and ensure repairs follow brand standards;
- Log every case in the database to update the global technical history and help identify manufacturing defects or recurring faults early;
- Take part in advanced technical training to master the latest systems and technologies.
Occasionally:
- Visit workshops to perform hands-on diagnostics;
- Perform dynamic motorcycle tests to verify faults or solutions;
- Availability for occasional travel (such as training in Germany or network events).
