The Project Coordinator will assist with the implementation and support of multiple projects on the Quick Lane and Express Service Program.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Program Operations (65%)
路 Audit and process Expense Reports
路 Assist with Training and Store Launching
路 Act as back-up for Time Card Processing
路 Assist with Co-op Claims Processing
路 Assist with Operational Reporting
路 Manage Document control and Work Instruction updates
路 Identify opportunities for process improvement
路 Identify and address potential concerns proactively
路 Data gathering and preparation weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations/meetings presented to both internal and external customers
路 Promotional items: Ordering, storing shipping.
Business Development (35%)
路 Assist in preparation of reports to support new business development proposal initiatives
路 Implementation of new program initiatives
路 Documentation of new programs and processes
