Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for managing multiple clients & the relevant projects & ensuring Customer & Employees Satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be accountable for managing one or multiple project teams.
- Define the annual Project Management Plan, in line with the contractual agreement and assigned delivery objectives, as well as Project budget.
- Project documentation development and maintenance
- Team and team leaders operational support, including escalation process
- On time new hire/backfill requisition submission to HR team
- New joiner/replacement onboarding support
- Induction Training plan & coordination for the new joiners
- Handling Client & Overall Project Management.
- Identifying Team’s Skill requirements through Skill Mapping & filling the gaps by arranging the necessary trainings.
- Employee & Client Governance – Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annually
- Handling day to day operations, solving the client/ team’s queries.
- Handling the escalations from the client
- Monthly Invoice Instruction creation & Payment follow-up
- Helping the Delivery Lead on the Delivery Management
- Monthly Reports & PPT Preparation
- Supporting on the Recruitment Process – Candidate Screening, Conducting Interviews.
- Maintaining good relationship with other Department/ Team/ Stake Holders.
- Supporting on implementation of Lean Philosophy where appropriate.
- Deploy available business analytics tools, to continuously monitor the operational KPIs and service quality
- Monitor Client satisfaction KPIs at project level, supporting the Delivery Leader in defining and deploying Client satisfaction mitigation actions.
- Support Delivery Leader and the Sales team in managing Client meetings and business reviews.
- Deploy operational excellence related rules and policies, documented workflows, and SOPs.
- Ensure effective collaboration and inputs with Global Audit & Assurance team in the deployment of required standards and local ISO9001/TISAX certifications, supporting internal audit activities, as well as monitor maintenance and renewal of said certifications.
- Ensure Project’s compliance with the applicable Company policies and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement plan deployment, through Kaizen Events, Problem Solving workshops, brainstorming sessions, as well as implementation of the identified improvements.
- Ensure all direct reports have annual and periodic Performance Development Dialogues (PDD)
- Should be ready for travel as & when needed.
