MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic TAutomotive Technical Trainer & Support Engineer to join our team in Rome.
The objective of the role is to increase the technicians' knowledge about the product, general and specific equipment, repair and diagnostic procedures to achieve the highest level of repair quality. Additionally, the resource is asked to provide. diagnostic assistance, technical information and recommendations, mainly via ticketing system but also by phone, to Authorized Repairers and independent workshop to support them in fixing concerns affecting the National Sales Company鈥檚 vehicles
