- Monitor, analyze, and interpret dealer performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance improvement strategies tailored to individual dealer needs and organizational objectives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments with dealers, providing constructive feedback and recognition for achievements
- Identify skill gaps and training needs within the dealer network, facilitating targeted development programs and onboarding initiatives
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to dealers to enhance their sales capabilities, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to align dealer strategies with organizational goals
- Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and recommended actions
- Ensure dealer compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
