We are seeking a skilled and innovative Content Developer with expertise in creating microlearning and video-based content, specifically for the automotive sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that the content is up-to-date and engages the learner community. The role also involves collaborating with multiple internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
鈥ontent Development: Develop and deliver microlearning modules, video-based training (AV), and other e-learning materials.
鈥MS Management: Oversee and maintain the LMS, ensuring timely updates, integration of new content, and user engagement.
鈥ontent Strategy: Create content roadmaps including VCT (Virtual Classroom Training), ILT (Instructor-Led Training), Tactical updates, and Refresher modules.
鈥ollaboration: Partner with internal teams (like Marketing, Product, HR) and external vendors to ensure content is aligned with organizational objectives.
鈥ontent QA: Perform quality checks on content and LMS functionality to ensure a smooth learning experience
Required Technical Skills
LMS Expertise:
o Proficiency in managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems (Moodle, TalentLMS, SAP Litmos, or similar).
o Experience in LMS content curation, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
e-Learning Authoring Tools:
Video Creation & Editing:
Interactive Learning Tools:
Virtual Training Platforms:
Experience with VCT tools such as Zoom, WebEx, or Microsoft Teams to deliver live sessions.
