Role Overview
The Modern Workplace Engineering team is responsible for delivering next-generation end-user computing platforms across Windows, Mac, and Mobile in a highly regulated Digital Workplace environment. We are seeking an Apple Endpoint Engineer with a primary focus on iOS and iPadOS, and secondary responsibility for macOS. The role requires strong engineering ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to improving security, stability, and end-user experience at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L4 engineering support for corporate and personal iOS/iPadOS devices, ensuring secure and reliable mobile operations.
- Deploy, administer, and operate MobileIron (Ivanti) and Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM platforms for Apple endpoints.
- Manage Office 365, Intune, and Azure integrations including device compliance, conditional access, and security enforcement.
- Maintain development, test, and production environments鈥攐verseeing upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
- Deploy and manage iOS applications, including configuration, updates, testing, and full lifecycle management.
- Lead test plans, pilot groups, and OS readiness activities to drive adoption of new iOS/iPadOS releases.
- Support macOS engineering鈥攊ncluding Jamf Pro administration, configuration profiles, policies, and app/VPN workflows.
- Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and best practices, provide training to L1鈥揕3 support teams.
