1.Carries out inspections and maintenance to all branches then identifies and resolves issues
2. Accompanies service providers during work inside branches/facilities and allocate workload as needed
3. Handles maintenance tasks inside all branches (Equipment & Structure)
4. Assists in the coordination with vendors to secure prices for projects/services needed
5. Maintains records for all repairs executed and maintain inventory of all tools acquired
6. Assists in setting annual branches preventive maintenance calendar and implements
7. Assists the Procurement and Facilities manager during contracting projects
8. Handles emergency interventions when needed
9. Prepares monthly and quarterly reports requested by the Procurement and Facilities manager
10. Assists in preparation of approved vendors list related to branches maintenance
11. Handles coordination with Warehouse controllers to identify breakdowns and schedule repairs
12. Finalizes any task requested by Procurement and Facilities manager in relation with core duties of the department.
13. Performs other duties as assigned
