Role Responsibilities:

Customer Consultations: Conduct skin consultations and recommend products tailored to customers' skin needs.
Customer Education: Educate customers about product ingredients, benefits, and usage.
Sales Promotion: Boost sales through cross-selling and upselling, and promote
products.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer care, CRM, and maintain and
send routine records to customers.
Inventory Management: Manage product inventory.
Visual Merchandising: Arrange stand layouts and product displays.
Sales Reporting: Provide daily reports on sales and customer insights.
Marketing Support: Support marketing campaigns, influencers and initiatives with on-the-ground feedback.
Content Creation: Develop in-store content.
