You will be an extension of the brand and sales team, representing not only DeâLonghi, but their other well-known brands such as Nutribullet and Braun kitchen appliances. You will personify each brandâs mission statement and spread excitement that will resonate with both consumers and in-store retail staff.
This is a flexible ongoing position working 18-23 hours a week including drive time. This role is a combination of training, light merchandising and demonstrations with regular in-market travel for store visits (up to a 40-mile radius) and special events.

WHAT YOUâLL DO
- Build brand loyalty and creditability with in-store retail sales associates
- Engage customers during high-traffic times at select demo day events to drive sales
- Travel within assigned market to visit all stores in the territory according to the designated frequency
- Facilitate informal, formal, and large-scale trainings to retail associates and managers
- Attend and assist with out-of-market trainings and events
- Report intelligence regarding the program and marketing environment strategically for each tactic
- Provide merchandising services to deliver POS, collateral, and products to carrier locations along with compliance verification and competitive details
- Gather in-market and out-of-market intelligence
- Maintain product displays and product functionality while in-store
- Respond to supervisor requests and correspondence in a timely fashion
- Other tasks as requested by supervisor
