3. Follow up on the execution of content calendars, ensuring alignment with the proposed strategy, clients' business goals, and Dice鈥檚 standards.
4. Mentor junior content team members, providing performance insights and consistently improving their capabilities through regular training sessions, guidance on new industry trends, and technical aspects.
5. Act as a quality assurance by reviewing, editing, and proofreading content generated by junior mambers to ensure the delivery of a consistent brand voice and monitor compliance with content guidelines.
6. Implement and strictly adhere to Dice internal processes.
