Ltd., you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers through both inbound and outbound communication channels. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that the customer's experience is seamless and positive.

Inbound Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and other customer communications professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information on products/services, and resolve issues or concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
- Document customer interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Outbound Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up, surveys, feedback collection, or promotional activities.
- Assist in lead generation, sales support, and customer engagement through proactive outreach.
- Resolve customer issues, ensure account updates, and provide necessary service information.
- Promote products and services to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Meet and exceed outbound call targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
