Key Responsibilities ā Sales & Event Manager (Members Club)
1. Sales & Business Development
⢠Drive membership sales and private event bookings.
⢠Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
⢠Develop sales strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
2. Event Planning & Execution
⢠Oversee the planning and coordination of private and club-hosted events.
⢠Manage event logistics, including catering, entertainment, and venue setup.
⢠Ensure seamless execution while maintaining the clubās exclusivity and high service standards.
3. Client & Member Relations
⢠Act as the main contact for members and event clients.
⢠Conduct site visits and private tours.
⢠Gather feedback to improve future events and member experiences.
4. Marketing & Promotion
⢠Collaborate with marketing to promote club events and membership opportunities.
⢠Assist in developing promotional materials and sales collateral.
⢠Create exclusive event concepts to attract and engage members.
5. Operational & Administrative Support
⢠Maintain CRM records for client interactions and event details.
⢠Track sales performance and generate reports.
