The Pre-Sales Account Manager will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. This individual reports directly to the CEO but will work closely with our CTO to better understand our products and services, develop tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify opportunities in the cyber security and cloud solutions domain.
- Conduct comprehensive technical assessments and gather client requirements to design customized solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals, presentations, and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and addressing client inquiries.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and a competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure successful delivery solutions and customer satisfaction.
