Overview about the position:
Job Overview: JP Legal is seeking a Business Development Consultant for Legal Services, who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving the growth of our legal services portfolio within the B2B sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and experience in consultancy services, with the ability to understand and articulate complex legal service offerings (legal corporate & commercial).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, target, and prospect potential business clients within various industries who may benefit from our legal services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Selling Consultative: Understand the unique legal needs of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives, leveraging our range of legal services.
- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales progress within the CRM.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on our full range of legal services, ensuring the ability to present the most relevant solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensure compliance with pricing structures, and successfully close sales deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the legal team to ensure smooth delivery service for new clients.
- Market Insights: Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client demands to inform product development and service improvements.
