Barista

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of coffee brewing techniques, be familiar with different types of coffee beans and their unique flavor profiles, and be able to operate espresso machines and other necessary equipment. A strong commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to handle orders efficiently and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Job Purpose

The main objective of the Barista is to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages. Through exemplary customer service and a deep knowledge of coffee, the Barista will ensure a satisfying coffee experience for every customer. This role requires the ability to skillfully operate espresso machines and other equipment, as well as effectively handle orders and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
