Job Description

Design low and medium-voltage electrical distribution systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial buildings.
Design low current systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial buildings.
Develop electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, lighting layouts, and cable routing plans.
Specify and size electrical equipment such as switchgear, distribution boards, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and lighting control systems.
Design internal and external lighting systems, ensuring compliance with lux levels, energy efficiency, and emergency lighting regulations.
Integrate building services systems with BMS (Building Management Systems) and smart technologies.
Ensure designs comply with relevant national and international standards.
Conduct load calculations, voltage drop, and fault level analysis.
Work closely with architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers to align electrical design with architectural and structural constraints.
