Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2β3 years of experience in a front-desk or customer service role and will be the first point of contact for our organization. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and support various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Maintain the reception areaβs cleanliness and presentation
- Manage appointment scheduling and visitor log
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support administrative team with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and security protocols
Requirements:
- Saudi National (KSA) β Mandatory
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role (2β3 years)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
