you will be responsible for building and managing the end-to-end operations of our e-commerce platform. You will oversee supply chain, logistics, vendor management, fulfillment, customer service, and operational scalability. This is a high-impact role requiring a mix of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain & Vendor Management
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors of construction materials.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost efficiency and reliability.
Develop and optimize procurement strategies to maintain inventory health.
2. Logistics & Fulfillment
Design and implement efficient warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery solutions.
Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Work with 3PL (third-party logistics) partners or build in-house logistics capabilities.
3. Customer Experience & Support
Develop processes for handling customer inquiries, returns, and complaints.
Ensure seamless post-purchase experience to drive retention and repeat business.
4. Process Optimization & Scalability
Build and refine operational workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Implement technology solutions (ERP, inventory management, CRM) to automate processes.
Continuously analyze operational KPIs (lead times, fulfillment accuracy, costs) and optimize performance.
5. Team Leadership & Hiring
Recruit, train, and manage operations teams (supply chain, logistics, customer support).
Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and innovation.
