Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support:
- Draft and prepare reports, presentations, emails, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate internal and external communications with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with project management, timelines, and tracking deliverables across departments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive and strategic information.
Client Relations & Sales Support:
- Act as a first point of contact for key clients, managing communication and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
- Support the Managing Partner in developing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and relationship.
- Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain client databases and contribute to pipeline tracking and reporting.
Personal Support:
- Coordinate the Managing Partner鈥檚 personal schedule, including appointments and travel.
