Working under the Project Manager, the coordinator will play a critical role in event planning, logistics management, and on-ground execution, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and execute events and projects effectively.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, hostesses, and promoters to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Supervise event setup mantling and dismantling, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Provide on-ground supervision during events, addressing challenges promptly with creative solutions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to keep the company competitive and innovative.
- Assist in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
- Prepare and manage event documentation, including schedules, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges in real time during events.
