Job Description

Manage the mechanical engineering department and optimize resource utilization
Lead mechanical design, design reviews, and supervision during construction.
Oversee all project stages: schematic design, detailed design, D&B, IFC, and execution.
Detect and resolve BIM model clashes in collaboration with BIM specialists (LOD 300–500).
Ensure QA/QC compliance and coordination with MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines.
Prepare and review BOQs, specs, technical reports, submittals, and tender packages
Support site teams with technical evaluations and compliance oversight.
Contribute to proposal efforts by defining scope, estimating resources, and offering technical solutions
Participate in technical reviews, value engineering workshops, and coordination meetings.
Stay current with mechanical engineering tools, codes, and BIM technologies.
