Looking for dynamic and persuasive Inside Sales Executives to join our Assisted Buying Team. This role plays a crucial part in reviving and converting leads who have shown interest in our platform but haven鈥檛 completed their purchase journey. These high-intent leads include customers who have added items to their cart but not completed the purchase, browsed products without transacting, registered on the platform without making a purchase, received cashback or promotional credits in their accounts, or connected with us via call, chat, WhatsApp, or website enquiries. The role is sales-driven, involving both outbound and inbound calling, with the objective of identifying and activating any potential opportunities and guiding customers toward successful conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers who have:
- Added items to cart but not completed the purchase
- Browsed products but did not make any transaction
- Registered on the platform without transacting
- Received cashback or promotional credits in their accounts, etc
- Have connected via Call, Chat, WhatsApp or website enquiries.
- Make timely and persuasive outbound calls to re-engage these leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries via Call/Chat/WhatsApp or Website and assist customers in navigating their buying journey.
- Understand customer needs, address concerns, and recommend the right products.
- Route interested customers to the nearest store, if required, for offline exploration.
- Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to action warm leads efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using internal tools/CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer patterns and potential improvements in the buying journey.
