We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our prestigious hotel/resort in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our brand presence in the competitive hospitality market.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and email marketing
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and brand consistency
- Represent the hotel/resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and partners
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local Qatar and Gulf region hospitality market
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities align with the hotel/resort's brand standards and values
